During the past six years I have had the distinct pleasure of having Hall Brothers Roofing work for Brentwood Custom Homes, Inc. As one of Central Florida’s largest custom home builders we demand timely delivery and professional installation. Hall Brothers has delivered on both counts. In fact, Hall Brothers Roofing is one of only three subcontractors whom we have awarded 100% of our business to.

Concrete roof tiles have been in short supply for the last two years and many builders have suffered construction delays as a result. Brentwood Custom Homes did not incur any such schedule delays during this time. Our payments to Hall Brothers Roofing exceeded $2.5 million dollars in 2006. Even with this level of volume I am pleased to report that as of this date, we have no outstanding service and/or warranty issues related to roofing installations.

Per our telecon [telephone conference], this date, I would like to give you feedback on the work your people did on our house last week.
As you might remember, the day they stripped off the old shingles/paper/ect., the wind was blowing in excess of 40mph. It too Luis and his crew multiple trips in the neighborhood to retrieve what the wind had put in our neighbor’s yards. (They got it all with no complaints from anyone.)

Omar was present for the whole job and gladly handled any requests or questions from the Devlin household. Luis made the wood repairs necessary on the roof and gave his crew “divine guidance” when he saw something he didn’t like or the crew failed to meet his strict requirements.

Most importantly, i felt that Omar, Luis and his crew did an excellent job installing the roof and at the same time, were very careful to protect the flowers and shrubs around the structure. The roof looks great and the neighbors have made positive comments about the finished job. After Luis and his crew were finished on top (including painting new wood and pipe boots), every effort was made to clean up the work site and yard. In short, very professional, quick and neat!
